Blueberry Whole Wheat Pancakes with Honey
ingerdients:
150 g whole wheat flour
50 g plain flour
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter, melted
250 ml milk
blueberries (I used frozen blueberries)
optional: 1 tablespoon soy flourdirection:
Mix together all ingredients, lightly grease a pan, pour the batter into the pan and flatten it out. Immediately sprinkle blueberrys onto the uncooked side. When the upper side of the pancake is blistering and bubbling turn the pancake and cook it on the other side for about 1 minute. Drizzle a little honey onto it. Makes about 6 small pancakes.
